A reservation cancellation fee pre-determined by the company may apply if you cancel your reservation and must be made in writing via email. If cancellation received 30 days prior to departure and will be free of charge.

If you have booked a vehicle that rent out per hour please make sure to contact us if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact the station will cause the reservation to be cancelled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

Questions Regarding Settlement
No. For now we accept payment made directly by bank using mobile banking, CBE or Direct transfer but credit cards are accepted in the future.
Yes. We allow payment in cash at the rental station where the vehicle is to be picked up.
No. We do not offer discounts to people with disabilities.
Questions Regarding Vehicles and Options
No. Some vehicles do not have a GPS system in Ethiopia. If you wish to use a vehicle with a GPS system, mention when reserving a vehicle on the website.
No. we don’t have vehicle that equipped with an ETC device.
No. due to availability, a specific model including but not limited to vehicle model, model year, grade, and color cannot be specified. You may only choose vehicle class.
Not really but available seats vary in accordance with the child’s age and stature, so please state your requirements when making a reservation. Users recommended bring their own seats.

Yes. All the lost items will be delivered to customers by an international express service like DHL or other but keep in mind you will only pay for express service.
